Hello, Traveler.

Hi I’m Adrienne the curator and founder of Flavor Curious Travel.

We take a special approach to designing and fulfilling your travel wishes, appreciating the differences in how each of us experience the world.

What is Flavor Curious Travel?

We are a small travel advisory with foundations in food and flavor, solo travel, niche topic itineraries, and accessible travel. Our travelers embrace their curiosity of the world and expect trips that create lingering change once they are home.

FAQs

What does a travel advisor do?

We listen. We identify options, create itineraries, book travel, and monitor trips through work with travel partners like hotels, cruise lines, safaris, destination management companies, venues, event ticketing, transportation, travel insurance, day trips, day tours, home stays, organized group tours, Disney, etc. often with perk options you would not get on your own.

How do advisors get paid?

Most travel providers have advisor referral fees built into their products. That’s right, prices you see for cruises, hotel stays, safaris, even on aggregator platforms like Expedia for instance, often already include them. When a travel advisor books these products for you, that’s a part of advisor compensation, the other is a service fee.

What is your service fee?

Service fees are set at the time we decide to work together after an initial intake call. The fee depends on the scope of planning, number of travelers, destination management options, and length of your trip. A rule of thumb is $50/day of travel, yet the best way to know is to schedule a call with us to start that dream trip today.
